They are bound complete within this VOL I. Historical knowledge is different than biographical information in that a History is a record of Human Events. VOL II: Is also composed of two books, Book 3 consists of Biographies of Representative Citizens of Saginaw County, Michigan. Book 4 comprises a listing of Townships and Towns and is bound complete within VOL II. A Biography differs from historical information in that it is a record of Individual Endeavor.
